Lamb Chops in a Garlic Butter Sauce with Peas

Ingredients
Marinade for the chops
Instructions

Marinate the lamb chops with all the ingredients listed under “marinade for the chops” and set aside for at least an hour

Heat oil in a large pan on medium to high heat

Fry the marinated chops until charred about 3-4 minutes per side

Add blobs of butter and garnish with coriander or parsley

Give it a gentle toss and after a minute remove the chops

To the same pan, add the onions for 4 minutes, scraping the burnt bits from the bottom of the pan

Add the potato wedges and stock and Worcestershire sauce and allow to cook for 15 minutes until the potatoes start to soften

Add the lamb back into the pan, and in goes the peas, allow the peas to soften about 81- 10 minutes -
Remove it from the heat , garnish and serve
