One of the tastiest meals you can order from a Chinese restaurant, has to be fried rice. It is such a simple dish but it is packed with loads of flavour.
This recipe is easy and quick, that is what we all are looking for after a busy day. It can be customised to make it your own. Chicken, beef or pork can be added or you can keep it vegetarian, as I did here . I have used frozen veg for this particular recipe, but feel free to add in your own variety of fresh veg that you enjoy or might have in the fridge.
So, lets get into it and I hope you enjoy this super simple, versatile dish. If you are looking for more inspiration or other chicken recipes, then i suggest you try my Chicken Souvlaki (click here to get the recipe) or my Veg Mongolain Stir Fry (click here to get the recipe).
Happy cooking , Pri.
